Cosplay Contest

The Pflugerville Public Library is pleased to host a cosplay contest for teens and adults at our 8th Annual Library Con. The cosplay contest is for cosplayers age 12 and up and includes teen, adult, and group categories. Check back for registration information, and download our Cosplay Contest Guidelines here for more information.

Pre-register for the Cosplay Content – Cosplay Contest Entry 2024

Pre-registration for the Cosplay Contest is encouraged for LibraryCon 2024. Our registration form will be available in late August 2024.

Categories

Teens

Teen novice (ages 12-17): For those cosplaying for fewer than 2 years and/or those who have never won a cosplay award

Teen advanced (ages 12-17): For those that have either cosplayed 2+ years or have won at least 1 cosplay award

Adults

Adult novice (ages 18 and up): For those cosplaying for fewer than 3 years and/or those who have never won a cosplay award

Adult Advanced (ages 18 and up): For those that have either cosplayed 3+ years or have won at least 1 cosplay award

Adult Master (ages 18 and up): For those that have cosplayed 5+ years or have won at least 2 cosplay awards

Groups

Up to four people may participate in each group. Each group member must be at least 12 years old.

Judge's Choice

This category is awarded based on originality and cosplay construction (12+, individuals and groups). Three winners will be chosen.
